What happened
Shot in the leg with pellets during protests in Yaft Abad on Thursday January 8, 2026. Was arrested after being wounded. Died in custody one day later. Body showed signs of severe beating, with bleeding from the eye area. Family was told to collect the body from Kahrizak.
