Kurdish shepherd from Iraq's Kurdistan Region shot dead by Iran's IRGC near the Iran-Iraq border while grazing and tending his flock under an official permit; IRGC forces opened fire after he approached the border to retrieve his livestock, then took away his body and seized approximately 850 sheep and goats belonging to his family, transporting them into Iran.
