Shot by military-security forces of the Islamic Republic during popular protests in Hashtgerd, Alborz province. His body was returned to family after several days and burial ceremony was held at Imamzadeh Jafar in Hashtgerd. He was from the Yarsani community, worked as an electrical engineer, and was awaiting the birth of his child.
