Security forces occupy Isfahan hospitals and seize 500 medical records

Medical sources told Iran Human Rights that security forces raided Milad, Saadi, Sepahan, Sina and Gharazi hospitals in Isfahan, stayed inside and took more than 500 medical records of the injured. Homes of doctors treating the wounded were also raided.
