State media reported the execution of Ali Fahim, 23, arrested at the 8 January protests in Tehran, the fourth defendant in his case hanged in five days; co-defendants Abolfazl Salehi Siavashani, Shahab Zohdi and Yaser Rajaifar were at imminent risk, IHRNGO said.
