Alireza Sepahi Badjani, 25, who survived a scheduled public hanging after a heart attack, was moved to solitary confinement in Isfahan (Dastgerd) Central Prison, where death-row prisoners are typically taken before execution, IHRNGO reported citing activist Mehdi Mahmoudian. Five co-defendants had been executed since 19 July.
