KHRN reported that the bodies of taekwondo athlete Saman Fattahi and Hassan Nouri Kermanshahi, shot by IRGC forces in Kermanshah's Sabouni neighbourhood on 8 January, were released only after payments of seven and six billion rials; Farhad Cheraghizadeh's family paid eight billion.
