Ashkan Talebi Balakhiyabani, 22 years old and a motorcycle courier, was arrested on January 18, 1404 in Mashhad. After three weeks of not hearing from him, he called his family from prison and informed them of the death sentence. He is kept in Vakil Abad prison in Mashhad.
