Iltay Akhoundi, a 14-year-old detainee in Gonbad-e Kavus, was reportedly denied full access to his asthma medication, and Abolfazl Karimi was transferred from Greater Tehran prison to Qezel Hesar after reportedly being tortured and suffering a broken arm, HRANA reported.
