Fathollah Avari executed in Hamadan

Iran Human Rights reported that Fathollah Avari, 42, arrested over the Hamadan protests, had been executed at Hamadan Central Prison after being convicted of killing a police officer on 8 January. State TV had aired his self-incriminating statements.
