Soroush Karami, 18, shot dead by security forces in Kermanshah on 8 January, was identified after an exhumation on 27 July showed his body had been handed to the family of another victim, Amirali Heydari, and buried in Sarabeleh under that name; Heydari's own body had lain in an unmarked grave, Hengaw reported.
