Hossein Nazari, 25, a January 2026 protest detainee in Mashhad's Vakilabad Prison, was sentenced to death by Branch 1 of Mashhad's Revolutionary Court on charges of 'links with hostile states' and 'assembly and collusion', HRANA reported. The sentence had been issued in July.
