What happened

19-year-old resident of Qom city, holder of bronze medal from Russia's international 'SCITF' cup in 2024 and runner-up in international Abdullah Movahed competitions. Arrested on January 15, 2026 by security forces following participation in protests in Dey month 1404. Criminal court of Qom sentenced him to death on February 3, 2026 on charges of 'murder' of a special police unit officer and 'moharebeh' (enmity against God). The sentence was carried out publicly in Qom city on March 19, 2026.
