Shot with direct gunfire to the head during Iran's national uprising. Body was delivered to family from Shiraz only after one week and under severe security pressure with written commitment not to hold ceremonies and avoid any gatherings. Buried at 6 AM without public ceremonies in Behesht-e Zahra cemetery in Abgashneh village, Mamasani county. Reports indicate continuous threats and pressure on the family. Father of two daughters.
