What happened
20-year-old athlete from Najafabad, Isfahan, who was severely injured on January 8th by a war bullet fired by Islamic Republic agents to the head. He died after 50 days in intensive care on Thursday evening, February 26th. He was a physical education student at Najafabad University and a protester against the Islamic Republic. His father sold his only asset, a car, to pay money to remove Mehdi's name from the registered injured list to prevent his arrest.
