Captain and border guard officer originally from Kalaleh in Golestan Province, killed in landmine explosion in Sirkan area of Saravan County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province. The landmines were reportedly planted by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) to block movement of Baloch fuel carriers (Sukhtbars). Died from severity of injuries after being taken to hospital.
