IHRNGO: heavy machine guns used, de facto martial law imposed

IHRNGO said it had new evidence that state forces used DShK and other mounted heavy machine guns against protesters in mass killings between 8 and 11 January, and that cities were under evening restrictions on movement consistent with de facto martial law.
