حسین پوریوسفی؛ شیرینی‌پزی که جان شیرینش را به ایران بخشید
حسین پوریوسفی، جوان ۱۹ ساله‌ای از دیار رشت که چون درنایی رشید و زیبا به تاریخ ۱۹ دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴، از سرگل رشت، با شلیک گلوله‌ی دژخیم، به آسمان پرکشید. حسین که از سه سالگی طعم بی‌مادری را چشیده بود و تک‌فرزند خانواده بود، در خاطره‌ی دوستانش به نام مردی حک شده که با حیوانات و طبیعت مهربان بود و قلبی به وسعت دریا و روحی به سبزی جنگل‌های زادگاهش، گیلان داشت وی که در کارگاه شیرینی‌پزی کار می‌کرد، رویایش چشاندن طعم شیرین به مردمش در کارگاهی که قرار بود روزی خودش گرداننده و موسس آن باشد، بود. حسین قبل از پر کشیدن به دوستانش گفته بود که «اگر قرار است اتفاقی بیفتد، ما خودمان باید شروع‌کننده‌اش باشیم». او سربلند و استوار، خود از شروع‌کنندگان مسیر آزادی وطن شد. یادش گرامی.
