Their story
Naser Jahanbin Dahani, approximately 25 years old and the son of Abdolghader, was a Baloch citizen from the village of Ahmadabad in the central district of Iranshahr County, Sistan and Baluchestan Province. He had moved to Qeshm Island in Hormozgan Province for work and was employed as a street cleaner for the Qeshm municipality. On the evening of 18 Dey 1404 (January 8, 2026), during the suppression of public protests on the island, he was directly targeted by military and security forces. A bullet struck him in the neck and carotid artery, and he died from the severity of his injuries. His body was transferred to his hometown several days later and buried in Ahmadabad, Iranshahr, on 22 Dey.
