You do not need an account to send a name, a correction, or a photograph. The form is enough, including from inside Iran. Do not write a real name or an email address.

Use this form if someone is missing, a detail is wrong, or a family wants a record taken down. Everything is checked before it is published.

If you are inside Iran, don't include contact details or anything that identifies you. Links to public posts are enough.
