روایت جاویدنام منوچهر نیکپور؛ آخرش مرگه
جاویدنام منوچهر نیکپور، شهروند گیلک، اهل لاهیجان و دارای بنگاه معاملات ملکی بود. به گزارش خبرگزاری‌ها، او از نخستین جان‌فدایان انقلاب ایران در دی‌ماه ۱۴۰۴ و در پی فراخوان رضا پهلوی بود. این پدر قهرمان، در شامگاه ۱۸ دی، بدون ماسک به معترضان در لاهیجان پیوست؛ معترضانی که همراه او بوده‌اند، از خوشحالی‌اش برای حضور در خیابان نوشته‌اند. پویان خوش‌حال، روزنامه‌نگار اهل لاهیجان، به نقل از نزدیکان این جان‌فدای میهن نوشت: «نمى‌دونيد چقدر خوش‌حال بود! مى‌گفت من مى‌ميرم، ولی خانوادم مرغ رو ارزون مى‌خرن. بهش گفتيم چرا ماسک نزدى؟ گفت چه فرقى مى‌كنه، با‌ماسک يا بى‌ماسک، آخرش مرگه. هر لحظه چشماش جلوى چشممه؛ روبه‌روى قنادى محبى، تو قيام لاهيجان.» او در شامگاه ۱۸ دی، در خیابان قیام لاهیجان، با شلیک مستقیم گلوله جانش را فدای ایران کرد. پسرش ماهان در صفحه‌ی اجتماعی‌اش نوشت: .«اگه قیامت قصه باشه تو رو من کجا ببینم…»
