روایت جاویدنام پروانه خجندیراد؛ خودم میرم، عکسام ولی تو قابه
جاویدنام پروانه خجندی، مادر دو دختر زیبا و استوار، سوگند و کمند، متولد اول خرداد ۱۳۵۴ و مدیر داخلی آرایشگاهی در شهر لاهیجان بود؛ زنی با لبخندی زیبا، سرشار از امید و انگیزه‌ی زندگی. پنجشنبه‌شب ۱۸ دی، در پی فراخوان رضا پهلوی، پروانه دست در دست دو دخترش به اعتراضات خیابانی و انقلاب ایرانیان به خیل انبوه مردم شهر زیبای لاهیجان پیوست. نیروهای مزدور جمهوری اسلامی، این مادر قهرمان را در برابر دیدگان دو دخترش با شلیک مستقیم تیر جنگی به سر، به قتل رساندند. پیکر این مادر مبارز که فریاد آزادی‌خواهیِ وطن و هم‌وطن را سر داده بود، به‌صورت شبانه و با حضور خانواده در آقاسیدمرتضی لاهیجان به خاک سپرده شد و سرکوبگران حکومتی حتی اجازه‌ی برگزاری مراسم ترحیم و چاپ اعلامیه را به خانواده‌اش ندادند. اما دخترانِ راستینِ چنین مادری دلیر، در مراسم چهلمین روز فقدانش سنگ تمام گذاشتند و یاد مادر را، بدون مراسم مرسوم حکومتی و مذهبی، با نوای موسیقی و آهنگ زیبای مهستی گرامی داشتند. پروانه، شانه‌به‌شانه‌ی دخترانش، فریاد آزادی‌خواهی وطنی را سر داد که سال‌ها در دست مزدوران به اسارت گرفته شده بود و دخترانش از میراث مادر به‌خوبی پاسداری کردند تا به گوش ظالمان برسانند که اگر مادر رفت، دختران، امتداد صدای آزادی خواهی او خواهند بود و در وطنی آزاد که رویای مادرشان بود زیباترین آوازها را خواهند سرود. بی‌شک این ترانه تا همیشه یادآور این جان‌فدای میهن، پروانه خجندیراد، در ذهن‌ها خواهد بود و اشک را بر گونه‌ها روان خواهد ساخت. اشکی توامان از غم و افتخار.
